By downloading, installing, or using the Practice MDCAT mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the App and must delete it immediately.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

All source code, database structures, graphics, UI designs, questions, explanation texts, video guides, and trademarks contained inside the App are owned, controlled, or licensed by Practice MDCAT and are protected under copyright and trademark laws.

2. User Conduct

You agree to use the App solely for individual exam preparation. You are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, scraping, or reverse engineering any exam content, code, or interface elements.

3. Educational Disclaimer & Guarantee Policy

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING ADMISSION CLAIMS:
Practice MDCAT is an independent educational training platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or linked to UHS, PMC, PMDC, SZABMU, DUHS, or any university, testing body, or government authority. Any marketing materials or statements asserting that "honest practice guarantees medical college admission" are educational expressions of content depth and do not constitute a legally binding warranty of admission or success.

Admission to medical colleges is highly competitive and is dictated by university quotas, raw standardized scores, percentile rankings, and individual student performance. Practice MDCAT does not warrant that your use of the App will result in admission or any specific exam score.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE."

In no event shall Practice MDCAT, its publishers, directors, or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, loss of data, failed exam entries, academy fee losses, or preparation disruptions) arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Support Policy

We strive to maintain high service uptime. However, we do not warrant that service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Customer support is provided through our designated in-app chat systems or support emails on a best-effort basis. Practice MDCAT makes no guarantees regarding specific response or resolution times (SLAs).

6. Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising out of the App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where the publisher operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
